ABOUT
L’agriturismo ha sede nello storico convento di San Francesco la cui costruzione è iniziata nel 1435. Nell’ala est, completamente ristrutturata, sono stati ricavati i locali per la ricezione degli ospiti. Al piano terra si trovano la cucina, l'ingresso e le sale da pranzo e di ricevimento degli ospiti. Al piano superiore si accede ai cinque appartamenti ricavati nelle antiche celle dei frati e alla camera. Nel fienile adiacente al convento sono stati ricavati due graziosi appartamenti con vista sulla piscina e sulla valle.
Ciascun appartamento, ricavato dalle antiche celle francescane, è composto da camera doppia, cucina - soggiorno e bagno, arredato con mobili in legno, pavimenti in cotto e soffitti in travetti e mezzane. Gli ambienti sono spaziosi e confortevoli. Ogni appartamento è dotato di stoviglie, biancheria per la camera e la cucina.

​The farmhouse is located in the historic convent of San Francesco, construction of which began in 1435. The premises for the reception of guests have been created in the completely renovated east wing. On the ground floor are the kitchen, the entrance and the guests' dining and reception rooms. On the upper floor there is access to the five apartments obtained in the ancient cells of the friars and to the bedroom. In the barn adjacent to the convent two lovely apartments have been created with a view of the swimming pool and the valley.
Each apartment, obtained from the ancient Franciscan cells, consists of a double room, kitchen - living room and bathroom, furnished with wooden furniture, terracotta floors and ceilings with joists and bricks. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Each apartment is equipped with dishes, linens for the bedroom and the kitchen.
OUR ROOMS
Gli appartamenti sono bilocali composti da soggiorno con angolo cottura, camera da letto matrimoniale/doppia e bagno. Su richiesta è possibile la sistemazione di un letto aggiuntivo in soggiorno.
The apartments are two-room apartments composed of a living room with kitchenette, double / twin bedroom and bathroom. In the living room, an extra bed is possible on request.

Our product
L'olio: il nostro olio extravergine, ottenuto da una unica cultivar, il Leccino, si caratterizza per la sua bassa acidità, ottenendo come risultato un olio delicato e al tempo stesso molto saporito.
Olive oil: our extra virgin olive oil, obtained from a single cultivar, the Leccino, is characterized by its low acidity, resulting in a delicate and at the same time very tasty oil.
Garden
Nell'ampio giardino è possibile rilassarsi sui lettini godendosi il panorama offerto dalle Alpi Apuane oppure leggendo un bel libro.

Weekly Housekeeping
La pulizia degli appartamenti viene eseguita al termine del soggiorno e settimanalmente per lunghi periodi; è possibile, su richiesta, effettuare la pulizia giornaliera con un piccolo supplemento.

The apartments are cleaned at the end of the stay and weekly for long periods; on request, daily cleaning is possible with a small supplement.

Pool
La piscina si trova a circa 50 metri dalla struttura con una magnifica vista dulle Apuane. Lettini e sdraio sono a disposizione degli ospiti gratuitamente L'ingresso è riservato ai soli ospiti della struttura.

The swimming pool is located about 50 meters from the property with a magnificent view of the Apuan Alps. Loungers and deckchairs are available to guests free of charge. The entrance is reserved for hotel guests only.
Restaurant
Al ristorante viene servita la cena con il menù del giorno a base di prodotti locali a prezzo fisso.

A pochi chilometri si trovano due aziende agricole le cui cantine producono ottimi vini ottenuti dalla coltivazione di vitigni autoctoni con la possibilità di effettuare degustazioni accompagnate da una selezione di prodotti tipici garfagnini.
